All products purchased may be returned for a 100% purchase price refund except for the following listed items. The following items may also be returned but may incur up to a 15% restocking fee. (Shipping is non refundable)

Return Policy - Non Defective Merchandise
All products other than the above listed categories/products offer a full refund for 45 days from purchase date with a valid return authorization, shipping is non refundable.The above listed categories/products may be returned but are subject up to a 15% restocking fee.

All returned merchandise must be returned in the original packaging & include all accessories that shipped with the item. A Return Authorization must be obtained prior to shipping the merchandise back to HIDEF Lifestyle. You must contact our returns department via email at returns@hideflifestyle.com or by phone at 800-663-4133 extension 2 within 45 days of merchandise receipt to obtain a return authorization number. This number along with return instructions will be emailed to you and is valid for 10 days once it is sent. Failure to return the merchandise within this period will result in the cancellation of your return authorization and no additional returns will be allowed.

Defective Merchandise
Occasionally customers receive merchandise which is DOA (dead on arrival) or functioning improperly. If you do receive defective merchandise and it is within the first 45 days of receiving the merchandise, please contact your sales consultant or customer service immediately at 800-663-4133.

If we are unable to provide an immediate fix over the phone, we will either ship a replacement or in the case of some products will assist you arranging a service appointment. Some manufacturers take full responsibility for a defective item and require that they service and or swap these items. In these cases if the manufacturer is unable to repair your product they will either replace it or issue a return authorization for us to do a swap. HIDEF Lifestyle is always available to assist in away possible.

Shipping Damage
While it is rare, shipping damage does occur. We ask that you inspect the packaging upon arrival and look for any signs of visible shipping damage (holes in packaging, activated tip sensor, obvious signs of abuse, etc). You do have the right to refuse the delivery if you feel that damage has occurred. Please understand that your package will experience normal wear & tear during transit and are package properly to withstand this. Deliveries should not be refused unless there are obvious signs of damage. In the case of displays inspect your shipment, open the box and check for damage before signing for it. Please do not let the driver leave until the product has been inspected. If you discover damage refuse the shipment and note any damage on the shipping invoice. In the rare cases of damage we will ship out a replacement to you. Due to changes in the shipping industry, we cannot take damaged product back once accepted and signed for by the customer.
